Fogo es fuego en portugués. Aquí se toma literal: el pollo se marina, se abre y se termina sobre la brasa.
Y el picante no lo decidimos nosotros. Lo decides tú, en siete niveles, del limón con hierbas al extra hot.
Los dueños se trajeron el Algarve a la Costa del Sol. Por eso el bacalhau à lagareiro comparte carta con una paella, y el bife à portuguesa, con boquerones fritos y limón.
